5月12日（土）、CISMORと国際イスラーム大学（マレーシア）の合同の国際シンポジウムが行われました。マレーシアからは、以下のプログラムにあるように3名の先生方が来られました（右写真）。
　今回のテーマは「一神教における救済と多元主義」。
　私も発表をしましたが、とにかく時間がない中で準備したので、緻密な議論は展開できませんでしたが、「宗教の神学」を中心に話題提供しました。

　今週猛烈に忙しかったので、どっと疲れましたが、このシンポジウムが終わって、気分的には一山越えた感じです。

Discussion

　本日、Kim Heup Young 先生（カンナム大学）を招いて、CISMOR主催の研究会を行いました。
　Kim先生の発表タイトルは"Christ as the Tao: an East Asian Christology of the Tao (Christo-tao)"
　タオ（道）の概念を中心にして、東北アジアにおける Contexual Theology を模索した発表であったと言えます。
　韓国社会において、タオが今なお人々の考え方に影響を及ぼしていることは、韓国の国旗（太極旗）を見てもわかると思います。
　問題は、それをどこまで東北アジアの共通項として使うことができるか、また、さらにそこから西洋の神学をどのように相対化していくことができるか、という点にあるでしょう。

　Kim先生はアジア神学のパイオニア的存在ですが、この点、日本は本当に弱い！　アジアという自覚が薄いというだけでなく、日本的文脈を神学の課題として積極的に受けとめていくモチベーションがきわめて低いです。
　この分野に関して、私はまだ十分な思索を展開できていませんが、Kim先生の熱いパッションに促され、アジア神学に貢献できるような道を進みたいと思っています。
